New Copper Honey Bee Earrings and Honey Spread Recipe from World Peace Jewelry

We have some new earrings in our online shop that feature charming honey bees.  Which reminded us to share with you an incredible Zesty Honey Spread recipe.  Try this on biscuits or sandwiches.
1 jar apricot preserves
¼ cup honey
3 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp chopped fresh thyme
¼ tsp dried crushed red pepper.
Whisk together in a small saucepan. Cook over midium heat, whisking frequently, 3-4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and sauce is a pourable consistency. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to one week.

Honey Bee Jewelry plus Honey Lemon Dressing Recipe from World Peace Jewelry

There's a special place in my heart for the honey bee.  Not only is the bee the symbol of the source of life and all inspiration, but we would all be lost without honey bees to provide pollination.  Besides, honey is one of my favorite things and a sweet treat.

Here's a very simple recipe for a zesty honey lemon dressing that is easy to make and delicious drizzled over salad greens or on steamed green beans, asparagus, broccoli.

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon zest
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic slove, pressed
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
Whisk together first 8 ingredients in a small bowl. All oil in a slow, steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 5 days. Whisk before serving.
